Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

The short version: this site has no cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. We only see what you send us by email, plus the standard technical logs any web server keeps. The longer version follows.

Who we are

The controller responsible for your data is Rogue443 GmbH, Germany. For anything privacy-related, write to privacy@rogue443.com.

What we collect

Emails you send us. Your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to write, for example when you ask for an intro.

Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and when. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

We use your emails to reply and, if it comes to that, to prepare a working relationship. That relies on steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Email conversations are deleted 6 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are deleted after 6 months.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal data. We use a small number of processors under data processing agreements: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Frankfurt region, for hosting and for email. If a processor handles data outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Email privacy@rogue443.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
